AVOID THIS SELLER. Purchased using Buy It Now and received confirmation of my purchase. Seller then sends me a message that they "have a problem with our inventory" and cancels the order. On the cancellation, they indicate a "problem with buyer's address". Address is my saved address I've used on eBay for years, so no actual issue there. The item I purchased is immediately relisted on eBay with a new price 30% higher than the Buy It Now I'd used. Reported to eBay, no action from them.

Save yourself a lot of frustration. AVOID THIS SELLER.
The handle cracked in less than four weeks from normal opening/closing use. It is not “Ultra Durable” as claimed in the listing. I installed March 9th, it cracked April 5th and emailed seller April 6th with 3 photos. I didn’t hear from him for 3 days. Then 4 emails each back and forth. He disregarded everything I told him. No solutions and nothing but feeble excuses and/or lies of why he’s not responsible for claims made in his listing.
